The People Team is a critical function at Canva. The continued growth of the business relies on the ability of the Talent Acquisition to work together to source, attract, and retain world-class talent. As a result of this exciting growth, the People Team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 12 Month Contract to support one of the highest-performing internal recruitment teams.
Key to the success of Canva are world class product, business, and engineering teams. Thus, you will be collaborating closely with the business to ensure we're working in sync as a productive hiring team.
What you'll be responsible for- π₯ Candidate Management
Create good candidate experiences and relationships by engaging and supporting applicants throughout the recruitment funnel
- ππΌ Sourcing, Screening and Interviewing
Source candidates suitable for open roles, screen them, and interview them with hiring managers
- π Recruitment Coordination
Coordinate meetings and events and align parties throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals

Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
