The role

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role has a primary focus on recruitment and is responsible for delivering recruitment solutions in a timely and efficient manner. The incumbent will also be responsible for recruitment and administration tasks relating to the appropriate onboarding of new employees and ensuring all employees meet compliance requirements within the OSHC sector.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment – advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checking, drawing up employment contracts, and briefing candidates prior to their first day.
• Onboarding and induction delivery once successful candidates are hired.
• Build strong relationships with remote Educators and ensure lines of communication remain open with remote teams.
• Responsible for accuracy of staff details, and the ongoing maintenance of up-to-date staff records and credentials.
• Drive recruitment and selection activities.
• Manage employee qualifications and certifications.

Essential Criteria

• No specific recruitment or management experience is required for this role. We will train you! Any past experience may be viewed favourably.
• More important in this role is demonstrated advanced organisational skills and the ability to see tasks through to completion quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships and influence positive outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Demonstrated IT proficiency (Word, Excel, Gmail, and Google Suite).
