About the Opportunity
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our Talent Partners, sourcing candidates and driving the attraction and engagement of Aged Care professionals across our large portfolio in Victoria, working within the team to deliver high quality candidates to join our rapidly growing organisation.
Your main responsibility will be sourcing, screening, shortlisting and managing applicants for current and future vacancies, whilst supporting 2 Talent Partners to help drive the Talent Acquisition strategy and streamline our processes.
Key Responsibilities,
- Manage job requisitions and Talent software management.
- Posting job advertisements for maximum optimisation
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
- Interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Build a pipeline of potential hires across all clinical roles
About You
- Min 1+ years recruitment experience within Internal or Agency
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with staff of all levels
- Strong computer literacy and experience with ATS systems
- Excellent writing capability & strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build strong working relationships
- Highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Solutions focussed self-starter – excellent problem-solving skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Human Resources or related discipline
