Contract: 3 months from the start date
Pay Rate: $40-$45 hr + super
Hours of Work: 7.6 hours per day/ 38 hours per week
Location: Parramatta –minimum 2 days a week in the office
Responsibilities
High quality and accurate administration support for all end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities this includes but is not limited to:
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Issue candidate offers including accurate employment contract generation.
- Schedule and coordinate all required pre-employment checks, reference checks and ability assessments.
- Case manage onboarding of new employees including engaging with employee, manager.
- Effectively administer workflow inboxes across internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Suggest and participate in recruitment improvement projects or other ad hoc duties as required.
- Assist the team with priority work as well as other ad-hoc duties
- Previous knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices - desirable.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Intermediate skills in using Microsoft Products such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Government experience is highly beneficial
