THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our PX team and support our Talent Acquisition Lead in key aspects of the recuirtment process, including initiating reference and work rights checks, contract generation, onboarding processes, and managing the Talent inbox. You will also work closely with our Retail teams to support Management recruitment within our retail stores through sourcing and screening candidates, and preparing them for face to face interviews.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the Talent inbox and respond to all queries in a timely manner, escalating to the TA Lead when required
Approve, open and post job vacancies raised by the Retail team
Support the TA Lead with sourcing, screening and organising interviews for management candidates when needed
Keep candidate Talent Pools updated, with regular touch points with these candidates
Initiate reference checks, work rights checks and onboarding process
Ensure the recruitment spreadsheet is updated on a daily basis
Get involved in process improvement projects to ensure we are providing the best candidate experience
Provide coaching and advise to retail teams to ensure best practice recruitment at all levels
ABOUT YOU
You have prior experience in a recruitment focused role
You have a solid understanding of retail operations and processes, either through in-store or retail recruitment experience
- You are highly organised and pride yourself on your time management skills
You are able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise your work to managing conflicting deadlines
You have strong stakeholder engagement skills are able to build positive relationships
You are passionate about creating a positive customer and candidate experience
