The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the ongoing position of Talent Acquisition Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting Repurpose It with their recruitment and resourcing needs by delivering an internal end-to-end recruitment service to the organisation across all sites. In addition, this position will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of a new resourcing framework for Repurpose It. Being based in the HR team, there will also be exposure to generalist HR projects and initiatives if of interest to the successful candidate.
Please note, this position is primarily based at our Epping head office in Melbourne's northern suburbs however is also responsible for servicing our recruitment needs across our Hallam and Montrose sites on an as needed basis.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Provide an end-to-end internal recruitment service across all Repurpose It sites that includes: drafting and posting job advertisements, shortlisting and reviewing CVs, phone screening, interviewing, facilitating pre-employment checks and offer and regrets
Partner with hiring managers to develop in-depth understanding of business units in order to deliver candidates suited to their needs
Keep abreast of recruitment trends, tools and advertising methods
Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment procedures
Weekly/monthly recruitment status reporting
Chair resourcing meetings with operational teams as required
Act as the main point of contact with recruitment agency preferred suppliers
Involvement in attraction and recruitment initiatives and projects
Exposure to generalist HR
About you:
This position would be suitable someone with demonstrated success in a similar role who has a proactive nature combined with exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills. Reliable car as travel to other Repurpose It sites required for interview purposes as required
