Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate across the organization to meet short and long-term resourcing needs, driving company objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Provide functional expertise, resolve escalations, and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to execute strategies effectively.
- HR Partnership: Contribute to the HR Functional Plan, aligning people strategies with business goals, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute internal and external Talent Acquisition strategies in partnership with HR, Finance, Brand & Marketing to support business growth.
- Performance Management: Monitor and optimize Talent Acquisition KPIs, interpret data, and drive performance to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leadership roles within Talent Acquisition, preferably in a large organization.
- Resilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Knowledge of recruitment methodologies, compliance regulations, and continuous improvement practices.
