Your next exciting job opportunity –
BMT is searching for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our People Team as a Talent Acquisition Manager for our APAC region. This role offers a unique blend of working on both regional and global people projects and initiatives, coupled with a strong emphasis on supporting our Talent Acquisition efforts. As a member of the APAC team, you will report directly to the Head of People APAC and work to shape our talent strategy and enhance employee engagement within the region.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scoping, advertising, candidate management and shortlisting required to secure talented resource into our APAC businesses
  • Provide a professional recruitment and consultancy service and ensure that the business is legislatively compliant and that the global policies, processes and templates are used in an effective way
  • Actively pursue and manage Talent Campaigns in order to establish talent pools of individuals and a build a relationship between them and BMT
  • Support the development of best practice within the APAC and in conjunction with colleagues working globally
  • Ensure an agile, friendly, professional service to candidates, embodying the BMT values and taking every opportunity to make an impression that makes candidates want to join BMT
  • Undertake activities to reinforce and strengthen BMT’s EVP
  • Be up to speed on latest tools, technologies and trends in the market and apply that knowledge to best place BMT to attract credible candidates
  • Work with HRBPs in planning recruitment activities
  • Organise and run recruitment assessment/ group interview days and recruitment fairs, where appropriate
  • Manage and ensure that the applicant tracking system (Taleo) is kept up to date and is used effectively, ensuring compliance with GDPR and input into the Good Leavers Database
  • Effectively work with trusted suppliers, ensuring provision of an efficient service to BMT
  • Monitor the cost of recruitment, working with the People Director APAC and colleagues to manage cost effectively
  • Build and maintain strong and effective working partnerships with colleagues across the business and externally
  • Plan and prioritise own workload on a day-to-day basis ensuring appropriate deadlines are met; working with the other APAC TA Managers and admin team
  • Ensure that we are using the best methods to attract a diverse range of candidates in accordance with BMT’s Diversity & Inclusion Strategy.
Relevant Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive industry experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
  • Proficient knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the APAC region.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with ATS HRIS systems.
