The Role & The Team
As we continue to focus on delivering highly valued recruitment solutions to a diverse range of stakeholders across the organisation, we are seeking to appoint another Talent Acquisition Partner into the team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This position presents an exciting, challenging, and rewarding opportunity where you can thrive in a dynamic "no day is ever the same" environment, contributing significantly to a business that places high value on the Talent Acquisition function.
While this role involves some hands-on recruiting responsibilities, its primary focus lies in leveraging your exceptional stakeholder management skills to provide strategic guidance and oversight in optimising the recruitment lifecycle for a significant Corporate Portfolio, encompassing Project Delivery and Enabling Functions on a national scale. The position offers abundant opportunities for both you and a highly diligent team of TA Advisors under your supervision to positively influence our approach to attracting, assessing, selecting, hiring the future workforce at Airservices Australia.
You will spearhead the delivery of recruitment services for leadership positions and share your expertise as a trusted advisor in formulating short to medium-term sourcing strategies. Your proven expertise will be instrumental in identifying the optimal channels and methods to attract the very best talent.
Alongside the day-to-day recruiting work, there are a number of change initiatives to keep you engaged and continuously challenged. We are about to embark on a full review of our systems, processes, and overall approach towards creating a more efficient end-to-end model. Some of this work will feed into our enterprise change portfolio plan, whilst other initiatives involve changes to regulatory frameworks as the aviation industry becomes more modernised in a dynamic and busy period of post-pandemic demand lead growth.
We use PageUp as our ATS - and while previous experience using PageUp is not essential, it will enable you to quickly find your feet and identify opportunities for improvement. Previous experience with a modern reputable online SaaS based recruiting solution is necessary due to the number of the change solutions this role will be involved in. A solid understanding of screening assessment practices and exposure with enabling technology products is also highly desired, as well as a strong preference for data-driven analysis and decision making.
