This company is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on a temporary basis. Specialising in a high-volume process-driven portfolio, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently. They will be confident in meeting tight deadlines, and will deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and on-boarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for high volume, time-sensitive positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic solutions.
- Utilise the available recruitment technologies and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- 1-2 years experience in an End to End recruitment position is preferred
