We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player, from a TALENT ACQUISITION, P&C Admin or Public Relations background,  who is seeking an opportunity to grow their career in a newly redesigned People  & Culture team. A P&C team who are looking to deliver contemporary TALENT ACQUISITION and people solutions to a dynamic and progressive growing agency. The ideal candidate would have a couple of years of experience in an internal recruitment team and/or HR background. A PR background would be hugely favourable.    You will be looking for a role where no two days are the same and work with creative and dynamic people.

The Role

• Source top talent using innovative strategies and tools.
• Engage with potential candidates and build relationships.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify the best fit.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless process.
• Support onboarding and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines in the ANZ market and beyond
• P&C Administration and coordination in all areas of the employee lifecycle; 
  • cultural initiatives, CSR, Policy, Performance, Talent retention, Learning & development and maintaining our HRIS.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications 
• 2+ years HR/TA or agency experience 
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Ability to build positive working relationships
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to exercise initiative and work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills
