- Undertaking shortlisting, screening, interviewing, pre-employment checks, and advertising across various mediums.
- Proactively building client and talent pipelines.
- Developing effective sourcing and selection strategies.
- Reaching out to clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
- Utilizing your extensive network and connections to identify top talent.
- Applying your recruitment and industry knowledge to assess candidate suitability.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
- Prior experience within the Hospitality or Customer Service industry
- Proven track record of success in connecting candidates with opportunities.
- Strong industry knowledge and connection and understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
