Come join us in the role of Sourcing Specialist and be a brand ambassador who will help us to build talent pools and go to market strategies.
About the role:
The role will require you to partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Business Partners and collaborate with a range of senior stakeholders. While you are the go-to person for all sourcing strategies you will also remain hands on and helping shape and deliver a best-in-class Talent Sourcing approach. This role is based in our Head office at Camberwell at the Camberwell Junction.
Duties will include but not limited to;
- Supporting various sourcing initiatives and campaigns through market research, market mapping, proactive search, provision of market intel as well as building, nurturing, and growing talent pools of suitably qualified talent for our Clinical Care roles.
- Using a range of digital channels to support your talent searches and continuously look for new and innovative ways to engage and attract key talent.
- Developing strong talent pipelines through targeted search initiatives.
- Frame strategies to source from alternate channels and design talent pool.
- Engaging with talent communities and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
About you:
- Proven experience in sourcing hard to fill roles in demanding market.
- Experience sourcing for volume recruitment.
- Demonstrate experience in maintaining stakeholder relationship and headhunting.
- We work openly and honestly with our candidates; bring your skills to bridge the gap in candidate care.
- Your expertise will be in positively positioning opportunities and organizational requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, excellent time management and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
