The Role
- Source allied health candidates using various internal and external databases including Seek and LinkedIn
- Sell job opportunities to potential candidates
- Write and post job adverts
- Complete phone screens
- Present suitable candidates to external clients
- Complete reference checks
- Make job offers to successful candidates
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Not afraid to pick up the phone
- Passionate about people and candidate care
- Team player
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
