We have a unique opportunity within a leading infrastructure company that demands your talent and expertise.The organisationAs a multinational, they are a leading provider in transport infrastructure services, at the forefront of innovation in their industry. This is a two - three month contract, with potential to extension.The role

• 360 blue collar recruitment - drafting ads, screening, interviewing, conducting reference checks and making offers;
• General recruitment administration, maintaining the HRIS, etc;
• Supporting in the onboarding process, whilst building trusting relationships with hiring managers;
• Managing active talent pools and building for the future opportunities.

About you

• Proven experience in recruitment;
• Comfortable in a true blue collar environment;
• Strong stakeholder management skills;
• Ideally, experience in manufacturing or related blue collar industries;
• Ideally, immediately available.

• WFH/ flexible working available (1-2 days per fortnight);
• Welshpool site, with free on-site parking;
• Competitive hourly rate;
• 2 - 3 month contract, with potential for extension;
• Possibility of taking on a partial HR portfolio if of interest.
