As Talent Acquisition Support Officer, you will provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team across the lifecycle of the recruitment process. You will excel at working autonomously and as part of a team, as well as providing excellent customer service and effectively liaising with stakeholders within the team, as well as the broader HR and University community.Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this position is vital to the success of the broader Talent Acquisition team. The incumbent is expected to work with other team members to assist in covering short-term leave absences and undertake other general administrative tasks as needed. They will also be expected to participate in activities, including workshops and hosting team meetings.Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing direct appointments, including following up approvals and calling candidates regarding offers
- Drafting, posting and managing approvals for advertisements; and coordinating Labour Market Testing where required
- Managing end to end recruitment processes on recruiters' behalf during their absence, which may include job briefings, candidate screening, conducting searches, and verifying references
- Managing team credit card expenses in Themis iExpenses
- Coordinating advertising charge backs and accounts payable for third party websites

Experience in job ad and marketing platforms, adept management of accounts payable, and a commitment to continuous improvement are key.You will also have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High-level organisational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritise tasks and manage competing demands with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, along with a quick aptitude for digital platforms i.e. PageUp and ServiceNow
