It Support Officer

ARG Workforce has partnered with a multi-national technology leader to engage an experienced IT Support Officer for the following, full time permanent position based in the Kilsyth Area.

Duties for this position:

• Performs IT production support for assigned area(s) according to documented processes.
• Create and maintain process documentation and standards.
• Diagnose and problem solve issues with IT hardware or software components with limited direction.
• Install, configure, or disposition IT hardware and/or application issues.
• Troubleshoot assigned issues per department standards.
• Use Incident Management system to manage reported issues or requests submitted by end users and log any actions or support provided.
• Assist with training associates on IT support processes and tools.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Experience with Oracle Application (Ebiz/fusion) distribution or supply chain and manufacturing modules.
• Knowledge on the Oracle fusion planning and Oracle finance cloud and Oracle SQL query is advantageous.
• Experience and knowledge in infrastructure like networking, windows, Linux, VMWare, ITIL processes.
• Previous experience in a similar position.
