We are seeking multiple HR and Recruitment Consultants with state or local government experience to join one of our highly regarded state government clients on an initial 12-month contract basis.
Role responsibilities:
- Consults with business leaders to identify talent needs and plan recruitment campaigns.
- Guides Talent Support Advisors for efficient recruitment services
- Prepares and distributes employment-related documentation.
- Advises on talent acquisition strategies.
- Liaising with the panel and candidates
- Coordinates pre-employment checks.
- Facilitating recruitment processes
- Coordinate short list process.
Skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience in end to end recruitment within a Human Resources environment (experience within Government highly desired).
- Ability to deal effectively and professionally with stakeholders
- Experience working with either TechOne, RAMS or Ascender
- Excellent communication skills
