  • Full Time 12 month appointment

The Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) includes South’s Australia’s major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct. We also deliver mental health services at Glenside Health Services and at a range of other locations across the metropolitan and regional areas.

We are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, Systems and Projects, to join our fun and collaborative Talent Acquisition team! We are based at CALHN (Central Adelaide Local Health Network) located in the Adelaide CBD.

About You:

To be successful you will feel a strong alignment to our values and demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrated project coordination, monitoring, implementation and analysis of defined projects.
  • Possess a sound understanding of e-Recruitment software such as PageUp.
  • Proven experience formulating, developing, implementing and evaluating Talent Acquisition plans, policies, projects and strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing, maintaining and reviewing systems, practices, protocols, policies and procedures.
  • Experience providing, direction and expert advice to employees including staff and management on a wide range of e-Recruitment system matters.
  • Experience working as a generalist Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Officer would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with planning, coordinating and implementing of People First Recruitment projects, initiatives, strategies and processes to ensure effective and successful outcomes.
  • Providing quality PageUp e-Recruitment advice and support in accordance with SA Health Workforce policy and processes on Operational HR issues such as recruitment, retention.
  • Participating in consultation and communication processes to support the introduction of new Talent Acquisition procedures across CALHN.
  • Liaise, build partnerships and interface with other workstreams as required, to ensure critical project linkages are supported and maintained.
