You will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Team in providing an extraordinary employee and hiring manager experience through your accurate reporting, contract creation and interview co-ordination. Experience using HR System Success Factors is essential.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Support to Talent Specialist and greater HR team for all recruitment and talent needs across the business
- Taking ownership of Contract administration for onboarding process from background, work rights and reference checks
- Updating and ensuring full compliance with the ATS , SuccessFactors, for future and current employees
- Recruitment Support to senior stakeholders from review to publish job descriptions to job boards, setting up interviews, making offers to onboarding administration
- Management of all administration through the ATS system throughout the Hiring process
- Ensure best future employee experience throughout the onboarding process
- Provide support for the weekly hiring, headcount reports and other operational reports
- Experience in Talent Acquisition support roles working within fast paced sector
- Proven resilience to manage volume of contracts and administration
- Confident users of the ATS system, SuccessFactors
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and adapt to change
