THE COMPANY
This market leading company with high quality, top of the range products has been supplying the Australian marketplace for over 50 years. With a diverse range of pump related products our client is renowned for providing domestic pumps, drainage, and irrigation pump products to Australia’s biggest retail chains, independents and end user clients. This ambitious company has a strong Global standing and due to significant increase in demand, they are currently looking for a Service Coordinator to support existing clients.
THE ROLE
The bulk of your work in this role will involve being a primary contact for high level technical support for customer enquires . Your day-to-day will involve handling incoming calls and email enquires, assisting with spare part enquires and selection, providing remote back up support for technician and on site account managers. A large portion of your time will be spent on the phone so you will be comfortable communicating with different types of people. A high portion of your time will be spent completing admin on an SAP system so you will be computer literate and have experience in an admin role.
YOU
- Most Important Thing: A technical understanding of pumps.
- You may been doing a similar technical support role for a pump company and are now looking for a new challenge OR you're a pump service technician now looking to get off the tools and work in an office environment.
- In terms of soft skills, we are looking for someone who is switched on, communicates well and is eager to learn!
- You will be computer literate and comfortable using CRM systems
Renumeration
Total Base Package of up to 90k Base + Super
