This role is a Client Supply/Procurement Coordinator. My client are interior designers and architects who work on high end retail and residential projects. They have a real focus on sustainability and reusing pieces to create incredible spaces that are stunning & beautiful.
Your job will be to assist the designers with scheduling and supply of all items needed within a project. This could be anything from fabric samples, furniture, rugs, recycling vintage pieces, lighting etc. You will also be required to effectively coordinate and manage shipping of these items to their various destinations worldwide.
You’ll need to be meticulous with your admin and managing spreadsheets. You will also be required to arrange procurement and shipping of these items to their various destinations worldwide.
You need to be great with meeting & management timelines. You also need to resonate with their style so you understand the area they play in. Their style is very high-end, unique and stylish, re-using and recycling vintage pieces, with a focus on sustainability.
