Job Description
Your duties include but not limited to:A passion for people and creating an inspiring team environment.Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, learning and development, departure etc.Conduct regular training needs analysis, coordinate training sessions, and ensure complianceContinuously liaise with the business leaders and team members’ feedback to gain insights into the business needs and challenges.Organise a wide-range of team engagement activities and make the hotel a great place to work.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industrial relations situation including legislative changes.Organise and lead WHS committee and the meetingsAssist Director of T&C to ensure responsible use of resources
Qualifications
Your skills & experience include:Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, develop and inspire teams.Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship and networking skills.Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change.Exhibit business acumen with the ability to make sound decisions and understand commercial implications.You are detail-oriented and excel at capturing and recording vital data including all T&C related month-end and year-end reporting.A degree in Human Resources/Hospitality and previous experience in a similar role, or within a hotel environment would be a bonus.
