Internal Talent Manager - Renewable Energy

As our business grows both across Australia and into the international market, we are seeking a Talent Manager to oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new roles across the business and help with future growth and expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and streamline the acquisition process.
  • Strategic Recruitment Initiatives: Implement innovative strategies to ensure a diverse and qualified team. Actively contribute to diversity initiatives and uphold fairness in hiring practices.
  • Efficient Onboarding Processes: Oversee the seamless onboarding of new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely completion of paperwork. Spearhead initiatives to enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Utilise data-driven insights to track recruitment metrics and optimise processes. Regularly liaise with management to align recruitment efforts with organisational goals.

To be a great fit for this role we are seeking an experienced recruiter with a deep understanding of the job boards, popular recruitment tools and regulations within the Australian recruitment landscape

Key Competencies:

  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of the solar industry or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge Of Recruitment Tools: Experience with writing job ads and posting to platforms such as SEEK, Indeed, Backpacker Job Board etc as well as experience utilising candidate search tools such as SEEK Talent Search, Indeed Resume Search, LinkedIn etc.
  • Customer Focus: Prioritise exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Initiative and Attention to Detail: Proactive approach with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
  • Confidentiality: Exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a smart appearance and professional demeanour at all times.
