THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Talent and People Experience (PX) Coordinator to join the team and support our TA Lead and PX Business Partner with their day to day activities across recruitment processes, HR admin and inbox management. You will be a key point of contact for our retail operations team to support their casual recruitment and general Talent queries, as well as supporting with day to day HR queries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the Talent inbox and respond to all queries in a timely manner, escalating to the TA Lead when required
Have oversight of the PX inbox to action certain items that come through
Approve, open and post job vacancies raised by the Retail team
Support the TA Lead with sourcing, screening and organising interviews for management candidates when needed
Keep candidate Talent Pools updated, with regular touch points with these candidates
Initiate reference checks, work rights checks and onboarding process
Ensure Talent reports and spreadsheets are updated on a daily basis
Get involved in process improvement projects to ensure we are providing the best candidate experience
Provide coaching and advise to retail teams to ensure best practice at all levels
Assist the PX team with processing contract variations and setting up new starters on various systems
ABOUT YOU
You have prior experience in an admin focused role
You have a solid understanding of retail operations and processes, either through in-store or retail Head Office experience
- You are highly organised and pride yourself on your time management skills
You are able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise your work to managing conflicting deadlines
You have strong stakeholder engagement skills are able to build positive relationships
You are passionate about creating a positive customer and candidate experience
