The Client & The Role
This well-established, professional and progressive firm in Perth is looking for a Tax Consultant with advisory focus. Work closely with the senior tax accountants and the managers within the Tax Advisory team and be part of a fun, engaging and professional office who can offer you a fantastic career path within the firm.
Further Duties
- Deal with a varied client base, including individuals, businesses, not-for-profit organizations and government agencies
- Contribute with ideas or suggestions to their continually developing client base
- Be exposed to all aspects of Tax, such as Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Pensions, Employment Taxes, Corporate Tax Advice and Business Restructuring
The Applicant
- Tax Advisory experience is essential for this role (1-2 years preferably)
- Excellent English writing skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting and/or Law
- CA and/or CTA qualification in place or in the process of completing
- The ability to understand factual situations and how the tax law might apply to those situations
- Strong research skills and excellent team working abilities
