Who will you be working with?
With global growth comes greater employment complexities - that's where we come in. Deloitte Global Employer Services (GES) help multinational corporations navigate multifaceted immigration, tax and labour laws. Combining tax research and data analytics, we give advice on global compensation, Visa and work permits, employment taxes and policy design for international assignments.
Our National Immigration team support clients ranging from individuals to global clients with immigration advice and visa applications.
What will your typical day look like?
You will play an integral role in our fast-growing Tax & Legal practice and once you have obtained your Legal Practising Certificate or are registered as a Registered Migration Agent, will have the opportunity to work across the business of Deloitte to help solve complex and rewarding client problems, including:
assisting in the preparation of a wide array of visas relating to Australian migration, with a focus on employer sponsored migration.
research, preparation and finalisation of visa documents and work closely with businesses and assignees to provide advice, updates and an all-round great experience.
working closely with the national Deloitte immigration team and our network around the world to service clients in a timely, professional and efficient manner.
extensive on the job training, mentoring and coaching, and have a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop with our world class immigration practice.
Enough about us, let's talk about you.
You are someone who has recently:

• Completed a Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice and the associated Migration Agents Capstone Assessment; or
• Completed a law degree and Practical Legal Training (or at a minimum, the coursework component)
• Enjoys working with a team and can work with a diverse range of clients across Australia and other parts of the world
• Is self-driven, resourceful and problem solver oriented
• Enjoys working with numbers and technology and is self-motivated drive our digital offerings
• Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively toward common goals and utilise past experience in successfully delivering analytically driven insight
