About the role:Reporting to the Generation Transition Manager, the Generation
Transition Lead is an influential role. You will link teams, people and plans be developing, maintaining and supporting the delivery of a clear and effective plan to transition to renewable energy. You will ensure that that all internal and external stakeholders are consulted to support change effective decisions on the strategy and direction of the Business Unit and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:- Overall coordination of transition, performance and planning and activities, ensuring effective prioritisation.
- Bring alignment across the business ensuring the current and future portfolio of assets delivering a seamless transition to renewables for Origin.
- Working across functional teams and other business units to ensure communications (internal and external) are accurate, timely, aligned and clear.
- Stakeholder alignment sessions - planning and facilitation
- Support alignment of functional planning activities
What will you bring?You will be an exceptional change leader, with the ability to interpret business requirements to develop strategies, as well as having excellent influential and stakeholder management skills.With previous experience in large complex organisations you will be able to demonstrate:
- An ability to work well with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Organisational change management skills and experience
- Similar experience in a role working on large commercial projects in Energy or Utilities
- Excellent and demonstrable experience in senior stakeholder management, across all levels
- Exceptional problem solving and decision making abilities with a proactive and solution oriented mindset
- Detail oriented and highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Strong commercial acumen and project management skills
