Having worked closely with this business for many years, we have seen them go from strength to strength. As an extremely entrepreneurial business with many new products being added to their offering, they have become a very complex organisation leading to the requirement for strengthening their capabilities within Tax.

Role Overview
  
You will join a team of 3 tax specialists and report directly into the Head of Tax who has 15+ years of experience and has been with the business for a number of years. This tight knit, friendly and flexible team are supportive and genuinely enjoy what they do, and they’re looking to appoint someone with a similar outlook and approach.
  
The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent technical ability within Corporate Tax (5+ years exp), Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accountancy and strong communication skills. This role would suit someone currently in-house or wanting to make their first move from a top 10 chartered accountancy firm.
  
Skills & Experience  

• Prepare monthly tax and PAYG income tax instalment calculations for the Group and its related legal entities.
• Prepare calculations and disclosures to support the statutory financial reporting process.
• Prepare annual income tax returns for the tax consolidated group and other standalone group entities.
• Ad hoc tax advisory
• Prepare tax returns for other taxes e.g. FBT.
• Providing input into new initiatives / transactions and projects.
• Risk and compliance activities in line with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and related procedures.
• Assistance with documentation of processes and controls.
