About our school: St Josephs College Coomera is a Brisbane Catholic Education master planned co-educational College that opened in January 2019. Our first Seniors will graduate in 2024. The College is located in Coomera on the Northern Gold Coast, 40 minutes south of the Brisbane CBD.

About the role - We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Aides to join our College community. The successful candidates will undertake a range of tasks in supporting the needs of students, under the direction of the teacher/Learning Support team.
Duties Include:
- General classroom support, supervision and behaviour management
- Preparation of resources and clearing learning materials
- Using technology to support learning activities
- Administrative duties such as photocopying and filing.
About you - Ideally you will have:
- previous experience as a Teacher Aide and/or hold a minimum a Certificate 3 in Educational Support
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Have willingness to work as part of a team
- Previous experience with special needs/challenging behaviours is highly desirable.
- You will also demonstrate an ability and initiative to apply your skills in supporting students to achieve successful learning outcomes.
