- A commitment to supporting a positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for young women in the Marist tradition.
- A commitment and interest to support students with special learning needs.
- Knowledge of the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) register.
- A commitment to excellence in pedagogy.
- An understanding of the needs of students who require individual and classroom support.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- A willingness to be involved in the College’s co-curricular activities.
- Ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team
