Teachers and School Administrators employed at Tom Price Senior High School in 2024 are eligible to receive an Attraction and Retention Incentive of $17,000 (pa, gross – to be adjusted pro rata for FTE and tenure). Eligible staff will receive a percentage of this payment on commencement at the school, with the remainder paid at the end of the school year. Staff must remain employed in the location until the end of the school year to be eligible to receive the second payment.

The location and community
Tom Price sits within the Shire of Ashburton and is some 747 metres above sea level, making it the highest town in WA and a haven for the weary traveller. It’s a modern fully-serviced town designed to blend with the natural environment – an ideal base if you’re wanting to explore the natural wonders of the Karijini and Millstream Chichester National Parks.

ELIGIBILITY
Employees will be required to:
