About the role
Joining our friendly team presents an exciting opportunity to shape the musicians of tomorrow. As a mentor, you’ll guide students on their musical journey and cultivate their appreciation for the art form. Your teaching expertise will be valuable across all skill levels.

This role is based at Lismore and travel to the TAFE NSW Bryon Bay campus will be required as per business requirements.
About You
You have a strong passion for teaching and nurturing our students’ potential. As a mentor, you guide students through the intricacies of the Music industry.
You will collaborate with a small and dynamic teaching team and are dedicated to enhancing students’ skills. You have demonstrated experience in delivering training within an adult learning environment.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Diploma or above in Music (production, performance, composition or related field) and a commitment to maintain technical currency.
- A minimum of three years post-qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.
- A TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
- Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.
Highly Regarded:
- Minimum 5 years industry experience
- Additional skills in Live Production
- Familiar with Ableton live software
