The role Marketing Coordinator is an important role that involves managing the creation, coordination, and delivery of visually appealing and accessible marketing materials in both print and digital formats, all in line with the Lumia Care brand and marketing strategies.
This role is responsible for initiating marketing campaigns to maintain a positive brand image, attract new customers and support business growth. It's a rewarding position for someone who is keen to progress their marketing career and be a crucial part of various marketing campaigns.
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams, assist in executing marketing plans, and ensure that all tasks and projects are coordinated seamlessly.
Please note that this job is a hybrid role, requiring the successful candidate to work in our Hawthorn, VIC office four days and work from home for one day, possibly extending to two days in the future and further review.

Key role responsibilities:
- Brand strategy implementation.
- Content creation, scheduling and editing.
- Implement and manage AI-driven marketing solutions for data analysis, customer segmentation, and personalised marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with external service providers such as web developers and graphic designers, third party sites, and media sellers.
- Drive digital marketing and social media.
- Compile and analyse data to generate insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage regular electronic direct mail to target markets.
- Participate in the Quality Management System and commit to processes of continuous improvement activities and surveys.
- Implement effective risk management procedures in accordance with legislative requirements.
- Comply with Lumia Care policies, advising management of any identified deficiencies.
The successful candidate must possess:
- Hand-on marketing experience desired, including implementing marketing initiatives, copywriting and design creation for social media, web, and print media
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, Adobe Suite and Canva
- Prior experience with digital measurement techniques and analysis (SEMRush, Google Suite, Mailchimp, etc) desired
- A basic understanding of data-driven marketing
- Creative ability to transform concepts into compelling campaigns
- Proven project management ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with external service providers (web developers, graphic designers, third-party sites, and media sellers)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Knowledge with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
