Redland District Special School which is located in Thornlands and close to beautiful Moreton Bay. Thornlands is about 40 minutes from the heart of Brisbane and surrounded by koala bushland and the sea.
Redland District Special School provides educational programs for students with disabilities from birth through to the completion of the allocation of 26 Semesters (including Prep) of State Schooling typically 17 years of age.
Programs for students of non-compulsory school age are delivered through the Redland District Early Childhood Development Program (ECDP). The school also provides a full time Prep program for students with high support needs who are more than likely to attend the Special School for their future schooling.

As a teacher joining our team, you'll be responsible for providing specialised programs to students with a disability. Effective communication, strong planning skills, and a positive attitude toward teamwork are essential for success in this role.

- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.
