Chalmers Road School is a School for Specific Purposes (SSP) located in Strathfield that provides educational programs for students K-12 with high and moderate support needs, including intellectual and physical disabilities, autism, and complex health needs. There are 12 classes with a total enrolment of 79 students. Our school has 71% of the students coming from a non-English speaking background. All students at Chalmers Road School have a Personalised Learning and Support Plan developed in consultation with families and carers. The school embeds Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) to support student learning.
