Form of work The ideal person will be experienced in:
- working collaboratively with staff to support students across the broader definition of disability, including Students with complex needs
- developing the capacity of both teachers and teacher aides
- planning, preparing and delivering effective and inclusive teaching and learning experiences, including the use of learning technologies and assessment
- co-managing, with the classroom teacher, students requiring substantial, extensive and extensive plus adjustments e.g., ICPs, AAC, Individual Behaviour Support Plans and Individual Learning Plans.

Weipa is a vibrant coastal community and forms part of the Western Cape York Peninsula, an area rich in geographical beauty and cultural heritage.
