This represents an opportunity with a friendly boutique accounting firm based in Caloundra. This firm has been in operation for many years. This firm is run by a team of down to earth Directors.
POSITION
Due to strong growth the position of Team Administrator has been created.
The role will involve the following:
- Support the accounting team
- Client relationship management
- Managing workflow and deadlines
- Liaising with the ATO and ASIC
- Database management
- Any other administrative duties as required
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- 3+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Experience with all facets of public practice administration
- Experience with Xero and XPM would be highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to be a team player
