Eximm is seeking an organised and experienced admin professional to join our Security Team. Enjoy a variety of work and showcase your attention to detail in this central and pivotal role.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly rosters across multiple locations
- Daily time-sheets
- Check and action daily reports
- Provide friendly, professional service to our clients through a timely response to telephone and email enquiries
- Support the Security Team across all administrative functions, and other departments as needed
- Prepare invoicing, purchase orders & maintain accurate job sheets
- Have the ability to communicate with all types of people, both written and verbal
- You will need to think on your feet, to manage last minute changes
This is a full-time position for someone with a strong work ethic and demonstrated experience in a similar environment.
Suitable Candidate
- Previous experience managing rosters across multiple locations
- Professional communication and exceptional customer service
- Ability to productively manage your time, whilst juggling multiple priorities
- A high level of efficiency and attention to detail
- Strong Word and Excel skills
