About the Role:
Reporting into the Audit Partners, you will be responsible for providing administrative and personal/executive assistance to the Audit team.
The responsibilities of this role will include but won't be limited to:
- Answering and responding to calls
- Organise meetings including typing of agenda
- Collate and distribute reports and take minutes
- Prepare presentations and speeches as required
- Event and function management
- Organise travel arrangements
- Manage correspondence - income and outgoing mail
About you:
- Experience as a PA or Team Administrator necessary
- Experience in a corporate environment necessary
- Knowledge of MSO Suite advantageous
- Knowledge of MYOB is beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal skills
