Job description

About the Company:

This company is a dynamic account and financial services firm. They consist of accountants, financial planners, auditors, mortgage brokers and tax and other specialists.

About the Role:

Reporting into the Audit Partners, you will be responsible for providing administrative and personal/executive assistance to the Audit team.

The responsibilities of this role will include but won't be limited to:
  • Answering and responding to calls
  • Organise meetings including typing of agenda
  • Collate and distribute reports and take minutes
  • Prepare presentations and speeches as required
  • Event and function management
  • Organise travel arrangements
  • Manage correspondence - income and outgoing mail
This role will also require to cover the receptionist lunch break one day a week.

About you:
  • Experience as a PA or Team Administrator necessary
  • Experience in a corporate environment necessary
  • Knowledge of MSO Suite advantageous
  • Knowledge of MYOB is beneficial
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
