Team Assistant

This is a great position for a forward thinking, commercially minded EA to join an amazing team. 

This is a busy role within a dynamic team providing support to a highly respected executive in the property space. Your role will focus on high level stakeholder management, document creation, minute taking and other support related activities.

Your role will include but not be limited to; 

• Support high level stakeholders and ensure the smooth running of day to day operations.
• Document collation and coordination including board papers, presentations, minutes etc.
• Coordinating various meetings and events
• Reconciliation of expenses reports, updating of budgets etc. 
• Contributing support or guidance to broader PA/support teams and stepping in when needed to assist the C-Suite team

Who are you? 

• Previous experience working as a TA/PA/EA
• Great attitude, happy to pitch in to get the work done whatever it takes
• Demonstrated relationship building skills 
• Great attitude, personable and able to cope in a fast paced environment
