An opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to join their valuations team and be based at their CBD office. Focusing on providing excellent customer service and assisting with client queries, you will also proactively manage and coordinate tasks for the valuations team.

Duties will include:

• Document preparation for valuations team
• Liaison with all clients via email and phone
• Accepting and registering bookings
• High volume data entry to internal spreadsheets and systems
• Booking and scheduling jobs for the valuations team
• Monitor the progress of each job
• Ensure front of house and meeting rooms are clean and well presented at all times.
• Photocopying/scanning/filing

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 2 years administration experience, working in a fast paced and high volume environment. You will be a strong communicator in all forms, with a proactive approach to your role, able to use your initiative and pre-empt tasks that will need to be done.
