Duties will include:
- Document preparation for valuations team
- Liaison with all clients via email and phone
- Accepting and registering bookings
- High volume data entry to internal spreadsheets and systems
- Booking and scheduling jobs for the valuations team
- Monitor the progress of each job
- Ensure front of house and meeting rooms are clean and well presented at all times.
- Photocopying/scanning/filing
