In this role, you will be providing administrative and operational support to members of the Finance Management Team. This will include complex diary management, coordination of meetings, preparation of documents and reports, minute taking, filing, invoicing, contractor management, new starter support and any other ad-hoc projects as required.
Working closely with the Executive Assistant to the CFO, you will act as central liaison point for communication between members of the Finance Management Team and their direct reports, ensuring harmonisation and consistency of information.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced Team Assistant role.
- Ability to effectively prioritise with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to build strong, open, and collaborative working relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
