The Role
Our client, Valen Power, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their General Manager and ensure the smooth operation of their Business Management System. This role involves a variety of administrative, quality management, and stakeholder engagement tasks.
The Responsibilities:
- Maintain Valen's Business Management System.
- Manage emails, calendars, tasks, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare social media posts and weekly team updates.
- Assist in employee induction and recruitment processes.
- Oversee learning platforms and performance reviews.
- Meeting preparation and follow up
- Maintain internal IMS documentation
- Identify gaps in business processes and provide system support.
- Provide training and support on quality systems and online management tools.
- Monitor and enforce safety procedures and PPE usage.
We are looking for a candidate who is:
-Highly organized and detail-oriented.
-Experienced in administrative and customer support roles
-Proficient in managing emails, calendars, and tasks.
-Skilled in quality management systems and compliance.
-Strong in communication and stakeholder engagement.
