About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced full-time Team Assistant to work with our pmwBusinessCentre team in Orange. You will be a key member of the close knit and fun loving administration team.
What you’ll be doing:
- providing administrative support to our client managers
- managing administration components of business restructures, setting up new companies and trusts, and applying for relevant registrations
- attending to statutory changes with the Australian Taxation Office and ASIC
- coordinating team billing and work in progress
- preparing client correspondence and other communication, including processing correspondence received from the ATO
- providing support to the wider administration team, including reception cover, as required.

Other key requirements to be successful include:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administration role
- a professional, diplomatic and courteous manner
- a keen eye for detail
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- the ability to operate under pressure
- strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision
- experience with the Microsoft Office suite and an interest in learning new software
- strong initiative.
