Located in the heart of Sydney's CBD this well known global organisation is currently seeking an experienced and professional Personal Assistant/Team Assistant.

We are looking for some key qualities and experience for you to be successful in this role they include:

• Ability to work well in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Ability to multitask and be constantly one step ahead
• Able to organise and manage diaries
• Experience with Word/Excel/PPT
• Email management
• Events planning and organisation

Your role will be varied and busy, some key duties will include:

• Extensive diary management
• Inbox management
• Scheduling meetings and booking meeting rooms
• Travel, including flights and accommodation
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Expense management
• Events
• Reports
