About The Role:
This is a diverse job role, not every day is the same and we’re looking for someone that really thrives in that environment.
- House and land coordination including working with builders to package house and land lots, contract administration and management, managing Google Drive with all up to date information, coordination of all marketing material, being the point of contact for client updates, uploading listings to websites (such as Realestate.com.au), creating and sending EDM's, coordinating land settlement inspections and handover of homes on completion, assisting the sales team and assisting clients with house designs.
- Be the first point of contact for the phones and direct calls to the right people
- General administration duties such as management of incoming and outgoing mail, accounts payable, ordering stationary when required, etc
- Social media management including uploading provided content to all social accounts including Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Upholding client relationships with all stakeholders including buyers, builders, marketing groups
- Entering data into the company CRM and keeping it up to date
- Provide support across the office when required (such as assisting the McAndrew Law team and liaising with the Directors)
About You:
- Attention to detail is exceptional
- Reliability and honesty
- Great customer relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and great time management skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- At least 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Previous experience in the Property, Real Estate or Building Industries is favourable but not essential
- Fun, hardworking personality
- A desire to contribute to the company’s ongoing success
