Position Overview
We are seeking a driven Lead Team Coordinator to support our Executive and Senior leadership teams across two business units. This is a full time Mon-Fri position, working on site at Coolum Beach home base (HQ). You will work within a newly established senior leadership group with a clear strategy to deliver strong business growth, a step change in manufacturing performance and continued commitment to innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the company activity cadence including meetings, reporting, communication and governance
- Drive high performance culture in all activities including promoting accuracy, timeliness and cohesion across the functional units
- Provide administrative support for relevant functions such as production, finance, technology, sales, marketing and continuous improvement
- Coordinate all travel activities including management of third-party providers such as travel agencies, airlines and accommodation vendors
- Coordinate company-wide communication activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate multi-functional activities, influencing a range of stakeholders such as our share hold group, Executive Leadership Team, Senior Leadership Teams and external bodies including government and industry groups
- Drive continuous improvement and cohesion across business
Skills and Experience
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to build effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and influence timely completion of activities
- High level experience with data and diary management and business reporting
- Managing travel activities and corporate events
- Familiarity with CRM system (not mandatory)
- Strong attention to details and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, delivering prompt resolutions to issues as they arise.
