A bit about the role...
As The BUSY Groups Tenders Team Coordinator you play a crucial role in the procurement process by managing and coordinating our tender submission and capability activities. You will work closely with various stakeholders across the Group to ensure that bids and proposals are prepared accurately, submitted on time, and comply with all requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
You will enjoy working in a team environment, where your contribution is effective and highly regarded. You will be supported by a well-established, skilled and caring tender team. The role is multi-faceted, providing opportunities for involvement and learning across all the Group’s main activities and operations.
The tender process is deadline driven, and can often be exposed to high pressure, highly responsive action taking. Your skills, support and capabilities will drive efficiency and high performance, contributing to an environment where flexibility and life-work balance is achieved.

A bit about you…
- Proven experience in business administration, marketing support, or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge and/or experience in the tender process would be beneficial.
- Excellent coordination, facilitation and support skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using document management tools and software, in particular the Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Ability to obtain a police check with no disclosable outcomes and Blue Card.
