Your opportunity
We are looking for a Team Coordinator/PA to join our Development team in NSW. In this role you will be supporting 2 General Managers with administrative duties and providing exceptional support to this high performing team.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the GM's and broader team
Co-ordination and set up of meetings between key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Accurately and efficiently maintain up to date coding of team expenses
Booking and coordinating travel requirements GM's and Development Executives
Coordination of ad hoc enquiries/requests from the GM's and their respective team.
Compile Retailer meeting agendas, briefing notes, minutes and distribution
Create and update presentations for meetings and events.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and manage key relationships internally.
Contribute to initiatives within the team and company to support on-going enhancement of engagement and organizational effectiveness.
What will set you apart from the rest?
Demonstrated experience in a Team Assistant/ Coordinator role.
Ability to multi-task and juggle conflicting priorities with ease.
Strong organisational skills and proactive nature.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
Understands the demands of working in a large fast-paced corporate environment.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and ability to pick up tasks in appropriate timeframe
